Web-based, self-service advertising
Think of CAS as a bookshelf, but instead of it being filled with novels, it's populated with extremely valuable, web-based applications. The following make up the "library" of CAS products:
ReserveAdBoss™ manages ad inventory so that sales reps know what's available in future editions from a browser. It provides a visual representation of the inventory either in the form of a list or as graphical page dummies. ReserveAdBoss integrates with AdMAX™ and all other advertising systems so that the available inventory is kept in sync.
Community Classified Services (CCS™) is a web-based classified order entry system that is directly integrated with AdMAX. This means all customer and ad data, including rates, are readily available without requiring an additional database to be maintained. Packages, classifications, special offers, etc. can be enabled with the flip of a switch in AdMAX, making CCS the easiest online classified system on the market today.
Community Display Services (CDS™) is a web-based front-end to a newspaper's production workflow. It is integrated with SCS/Track to allow authorized users to build and revise ads, access information about ad and edition statuses, and proof ads, all from anywhere an Internet connection is available. For sales reps, CDS allows remote access to customer information including historical ad data.
eTearAdBoss™ is an electronic tearsheet system that presents advertisers with an electronic copy of their ad, the page on which their ad ran and the previous and next pages. eTearAdBoss eliminates the time, effort and expense involved in mailing paper tearsheets.
eBillAdBoss™ is an online bill pay system that presents advertisers with basic account information, including a list of invoices that are outstanding. From eBillAdBoss, a user can select an invoice and make either a full or partial payment using a credit card.
