Trinidad Express Newspapers
Software in use: Layout-8000, SCS/Track, AdMAX, SCS/ClassPag
Their Story
Trinidad Express Newspapers, the largest daily newspaper in Trinidad and Tobago, has selected SCS to install a new, integrated retail and classified advertising system in the summer of 2016.
Published by the Caribbean Communications Network (CCN) and based in Port of Spain, The Express has been an SCS customer for nearly 10 years. The relationship began with Layout-8000™ for ad dummying and SCS/Track™ to manage ad production. In 2016, AdMAX™ and SCS/ClassPag™ will be added to the list of systems used every day by the advertising and production staff.
AdMAX replaces a homegrown system and will combine order entry and billing for retail, classified and digital ads in a single system. SCS/ClassPag will introduce automation to the production of classified pages, streamlining a process that currently takes hours.
In addition, SCS will provide its web-based services, from classified order entry and ad submission to electronic tearsheets and ad proofing.
